ILO Centenary Declaration PART IV (Final provisions) The Conference declares that: • Setting, promoting, ratifying and supervising ILS is fundamental • Should ratify and implement ILO Fundamental Conventions • ILO should strengthen the capacity of its tripartite constituents • ILO technical services should be consistent with its mandate • ILO should maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise • ILO must take an important role in the multilateral system
