The Extraordinary New Technologies of Mehran Keshe and his Understandings that are Transforming our World: Plasma technology

1:13 So, firstly thank you all for coming, and to Serge and Josephine for setting up this event. I appreciate the opportunity to share this technology a little more with a few more people. And I can see you’re the kind of people that are interested in this kind of stuff, so, welcome.

A little of my background s

So firstly, a little of my background. I have a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering… about three lifetimes ago, which I have never used in any active sense. And, um… I moved from that into the IT (Information Technology) industry which I was in for many years - worked for IBM for a few years, and then got involved with my own businesses; was fortunate enough to make a little money along the way. And then, in about 1991, I really in many ways had the trappings of success. I was married to this gorgeous woman, with three gorgeous kids, driving around in a Ferrari and all kinds of stuff. And I was running this business. And I was standing in front of the whiteboard in my office - I remember it vividly - and I had this moment when I realised that all

page 2 of 35 that I had been creating in my life was trying to fill this hole that I felt in the centre of me. A hole I hadn’t realised was there, until I realised I wasn’t filling it. It was like this bomb went off inside me. You can call it an epiphany; that was an epiphany I tell you. 2:40 And so, that started a journey for me which really in a sense has continued to this day. I sold the business a couple of years later, and finished up blowing up my marriage, blowing up a million bucks in a year - which is hard work to do, but if you work at it you can manage! And finished up in this little yoga cult sitting up in the Yarra Valley wondering what on Earth I was doing, you know. So I did that for some years, and finished up connecting with a woman in the States and running a spiritual-based business, from about 2008 or 9 thereabouts through till - really, it’s still running, in a way, but effectively it ended early last year. And I came back to Australia to engage with the Keshe business. So I’m now - as I think most of you know - distributing the Keshe products. I have 3 store-fronts around the world, so most of my business is actually in the States and in Canada - 60 per cent there, 40 per cent here, 40%… that doesn’t add up! 60:20:20… 20 per cent here and 20 per cent in Europe and elsewhere, so that’s how it

• splits. So, that’s me, and as we go through this, if you have any questions as we go along, please ask them as we go; so that’s me.

Mehran Keshe

4:03 But the man of the moment is really Mehran Keshe. And I know some of you are aware of him and his work. Keshe is an Iranian by birth. His father actually worked for Philips in Eindhoven (Netherlands), and Keshe himself studied Nuclear Engineering in the U.K. and was working in Nuclear Engineering in the U.K. for a few years. I don’t honestly know how he came by this knowledge. It’s like - I suspect he was born with it. He certainly had it when he was a student. Because I’ve heard him say he spoke to his professor as an undergrad and said, “Look, this stuff is nonsense; there’s a lot more going on than this stuff is about.” And his professor said to him, “Listen, just keep it to yourself, pass your exams, and you can do what you like.” 4:55 So he took the advice, and did exactly that. And so he’s been playing with this stuff for at least 40 years by himself. He’s been working with the medical professionals in Europe for perhaps 20-odd years with some of the healing modalities and so on. And about 9 years ago was invited to Iran to pass the technology to them, primarily in the area of Defence - true Defence, not Attack, which is what usually Defence means. And also for

• spacecraft. So they’ve been flying spacecraft for 8 or 9 years. It’s pretty hard to get much publicity about it, but Keshe talks about it from time to time.

5:47 What happened about 5 years ago, was that Keshe basically made his technology available to governments. He patented this stuff some years ago, and basically gave the patents to humanity. And he gave it to governments, and most of them signed up and then promptly did nothing with it. So he realised that was not going to have things unfold. Not surprising to many people in this room... I don’t think. And so what he did was, in about October of 2015, began public teaching of this material via the Internet. And that’s when he really came into most peoples’ awareness, from that point onward. I know there are some people in this room who have been tracking him longer than that; I was, going back awhile… So it was really from that point that it began to unfold. And through a series of circumstance, I reconnected with Keshe and his work, not long before those public Teachings began. So it was a kind of natural timing of things for me.

The Keshe Plasma technology

7:03 So, the key of what Keshe has shared with the world is that there is what he calls a Plasmatic field or a Plasma behind everything that we

• experience. Now, the unfortunate thing of using a word like “plasma” is that for everybody “plasma” means “something”. It might be a plasma

television set; it might be blood plasma; it might be high voltage discharge in a vacuum, which is another kind of plasma. And the thing is, it is none of those things. So, words trigger these associations; and one of the biggest problems I find in explaining this stuff to people is that what we all do when we hear something new is we try to slot it in alongside something we already know. And, I would just say to you that if you do that with this, then you’re going to miss it… because it doesn’t connect to anything that we already know in essence. 8:03 And so what Keshe explains is that this Plasmatic field manifests itself through the interaction of gravitational and magnetic fields. And he explains that, had gravity and magnetism been discovered and understood at about the same time, we would have understood from the get-go that these are really the same thing. Gravity is really magnetism in a pulling sense, and so the distinction he makes is: he calls Gravitational forces as attractive, and the Magnetic as repulsive. And all matter has those characteristics. Most of our experience relates to it in relation to iron and other alloys associated with that. But really everything has gravitational and magnetic fields associated with it. And these interactions of the gravitational and magnetic fields manifest in 3 concurrent states. Again, language is a problem - he originally describes them as Matter, Dark Matter, and Anti-Matter… which again has connections for people, and don’t necessarily mean the same. I think he came up with some later terms but I can’t remember what they were, but it doesn’t matter, it’s just a name. And everything, from a sub-atomic particle to a galaxy, exists in those 3 states, concurrently. And it turns out the Matter state that we experience - because our bodies are made from amino acid; that’s what we experience - happens to be the weakest of the

• 3. And we just have no awareness of the other 2. They happen to be much stronger than the Matter state that we experience.

So, when you can find ways to get that Plasma expressed in our world, then you can start to do very interesting things with it. He also explains that our bodies work as a Plasma.

Introduction to the power of the GANS of CO2

10:15 And he’s also introduced to the world a fourth state of Matter, which he calls Gas as the Nano State. Now nobody’s going to confuse that with anything else because you ain’t heard of that one before! And really, the term originally came from CO2. Now our common experience of CO2 (carbon dioxide) is that it’s either a colourless, odourless gas which is in the air somewhere, or, it’s a solid at low temperatures - no liquid form

• commonly. But usually, most things exist as solid, liquid, and gas. In the case of CO2, it only has those 2.

But there is another state, called this GANS state, which is, effectively, nano particles – individual molecules that are Plasmatically active. And Keshe says he spent 20 years figuring out how to make the GANS of CO2 which is solid at room temperature. If you dry it out, it’s just a powder. But, the point about it is that it’s Plasmatically active. So, in fact you can make a GANS from a lot of things, and he explains that most of the contents of

• ur bodies are in the GANS state - he says “everything” - I don’t quite buy it, because things pass through our bodies and, depending on what they

are, they come out the other end looking the same as they went in - so not everything gets turned into the GANS state in my opinion, but that’s okay. In essence, that’s how our bodies work; it’s just our medical view is not understood and supported. And he doesn’t just talk about this stuff. He’s a hands-on engineer, unlike me. I’m not so much a hands-on engineer, but he is. So, he’s been building stuff for years, and demonstrating this stuff; he’s not just some theoretician. He’s been building this stuff for 40-odd years. So, what I’m going to do is just run a little video, which introduces - again runs through a little bit of this technology background, but again talks about the GANS of CO2, and properties which have emerged, and so on… So, it’s a little different from how we think about CO2 and what it might do - or indeed, how water behaves in our common experience. in the video:

page 6 of 35 What you have here is a photograph of 3 different bottled waters, in Ghana. I’ll talk about Ghana a little more, in a sec. This water is from the GANS of CO2 - Let me step back a little: When you add water to the GANS, which effectively is like this really fine powder... it’s individual molecules (I now think it’s nano-particles, i.e. a collection of molecules), so you can imagine how fine it is… you pour water in on it, and it just stirs up. I’ve got a little container here which has got a bit of CO2 GANS in it; this actually came from Rome where I was. This has got a mixture of CO2 GANS from all around the world - it’s kind of interesting.

page 7 of 35 23:32 So, you can see this has gone kind of a little milky, and if you just leave it sit for a while, the CO2 will fall to the bottom. But what happens is, the water gets Plasmatically activated as a result of its contact with the CO2. And it carries the specific signature of the GANS of CO2. And so, what’s been done here is to make 3 different waters - Plasmatically activated waters - from CO2, from zinc oxide, and from copper oxide. And they all have different effects on the body. >CO2 promotes general healing. >Zinc oxide is particularly for the emotional system. And if you understand much about illness and disease, most of it has a connection to our emotional system. Strongly so. So, this can have an enormous impact on health and healing. >And copper oxide you need when you’re dealing with bacteria and parasitic infections. So, this guy will basically clear common viruses, and this starts to get into other healing effects, even… I’ve had a customer who’s just sprayed the water that’s been activated by CO2 on his face, on the skin cancer, and it was gone in 7 days. And it’s just water! And people take this stuff, and they say, “We can’t measure anything”. But they see the results, you know. 25:14 So, they’ve had this stuff out with people in Ghana in the last few months, and stories are coming back with pretty high-level people… there was a religious figure who was in the States being treated with the latest drugs for really high blood pressure and having no result. And somebody in the family knew what the Keshe Foundation was doing, and said, “Come home, we’ve got the solution here”. And they basically gave him some water to drink, and his blood pressure dropped to normal, and they couldn’t believe it. So you can imagine, that went around fairly quickly! So it’s just extraordinary what these things do in terms of healing the body. Questioner: Are they putting the actual GANS powder in the water? Or are they just putting like a phial in the water for it to … What’s been done here is to actually put the GANS in the water, allow it to settle, then pour the water off. I don’t know if there’s been any real testing done on the distinction between the two. I’m not sure whether there is or there isn’t. I’ve heard arguments on both sides of it. I do know how they’re making this: exposing the water directly to the free GANS. And then just letting it settle, so it settles to the bottom, then pouring the water off the top and bottling it. Questioner: We’ve were putting a little phial in … sealed, and it’s doing a really good job. Sure, That’s okay. You’re into this I can tell! That’s great. (laughs) Questioner: How do you make the GANS of CO2? 27:02 The way you make the GANS of CO2 is you take a copper plate, and you nano-coat it - which basically you can do in a couple of different

• ways. You can do it with heat: with a propane or butane torch - just heat the plate until it’s a dull red and you’ll produce a coating on the surface. And

the other way, which in general is better, is to use caustic soda - and treat it with caustic soda. And all the information is on the Internet, how to do that, so I’m not going to go through it in detail here. So, you nano-coat a copper plate; you get a zinc plate, and you put them effectively opposite each other in a container, and I’ll show a diagram of that

page 8 of 35 in a little while, with a little video… And basically then you suspend those plates in a salt solution - ideally, not table salt, but Himalayan salt, or sea salt. And if you look at the atomic mass of those two… the difference between the copper and the zinc is about carbon, and effectively magnetically attracts carbon into the space in between, in the water. And so you get the GANS of CO2 collecting in the bottom of the container. It’s that simple. You connect them, those 2 small plates together (above the water), with a small resistive load, typically a little LED (light-emitting diode) to provide a small load, and …wait! And it just turns up; pretty simple! Questioner: Once you’ve poured off the (salt) water, can you use the powder again?

GANS as a Plasmatic transformer

You can; you can keep using it. You’re kind of getting a little bit ahead of me here, but that’s okay! I describe the GANS as a bit like a Plasmatic transformer… because it’s giving its Plasmatic signature - in this case, to the water, but in an ongoing sense - to its surroundings. But it’s also topping itself up from the background Plasmatic field. So, it doesn’t stop functioning. So it’s a little bit of magic! Questioner: Can you buy that powder? 29:42 You can; I expect it’ll become a lot more available. I’m hoping to be able to source it soon from the Arizona factory, and I know, I think there are people around selling it. The GANS of CO2 is available in trial products, or test products are available from the Keshe Foundation, and some people in this room have got that and worked with it. So, it’s available in that form from the Keshe Foundation if you jump through all the hoops. But the time will come when those things are just readily available. It’s still a bit scarce, but that will change with time. Questioner: Will it get put into our water system? Yes, I would hope so. In fact, one of the things that the Keshe Foundation is working on in Ghana is not just putting not just… impacting the water system from the GANS of CO2, but some of these others. So actually, we can get all of the energies that our bodies need to survive strictly from this; we don’t need to eat food, actually! You may not choose that! I quite like eating, myself, but… the point is, it’s an option.

The Plasma gives what is needed and takes what is not

32:56 So, one of the things important to get about the Plasma is that the Plasma gives what’s needed, and takes away what’s not. And so, when you look at some of the healing machines that are being tested and created, how they’re set up is they create a Plasma flow through the body. So, they both give the body what it needs and take away what it doesn’t. So things like cancer, which are foreign - they just basically get the energy drained from them; they just disappear. And so, Keshe has been using this to heal all kinds of stuff… to heal lungs, to heal kidneys, to re-build hip joints and so on. He’s built special devices

page 9 of 35 that set up fields around the hip to rebuild the hip joint. So the days of hip replacements and so on will just disappear. It’s not an instant thing, not at this stage, anyway… takes a while to do; and it’s a bit fiddly, but again, he’s been doing that for 15 to 20-odd years. 34:10 So, it’s important to get that sense of how it works. Because, in part, when you understand that, you recognise that when dealing for example with the GANS of CO2 it’s not going to do anything to damage your body. Firstly, there’s a lot of the GANS of CO2 in our bodies anyway, and water is in the GANS state in our bodies, and so on, so it’s perfectly natural. You do need to be a little careful with the GANS of copper oxide, because it’s likely to kill all your gut flora if you’re consuming it. And they perform a useful function. And also, you don’t want to get copper around the brain; apparently it’s not real good for the brain. So, there’re a few things you need to be careful of when you get on the limits of it, but it’s important to understand that it’s this natural process of life. And when you start to understand this, we’ve looked at everything from the point of view of the Matter state, because that’s our experience, whereas this Plasmatic state is there all the time. We just haven’t looked from that perspective. So that when you look at chemistry, for example, we treat chemistry like - particularly the atoms are sacrosanct. They exist at the beginning of the process and they’re there at the end; it’s like they always

• existed. And yet if you think, we know that at some point those atoms were created.

And in truth when you start to understand the perspective that Keshe has of these things, you realise you can transform, and indeed it happens in our bodies all the time. He explains that most of the calcium in our bodies is actually created from zinc. And we tend to think of, let’s say, an atom of calcium as being simply its most common isotope. Whereas in fact it’s got this whole range of isotopes. And those different isotopes are actually key to how it functions in the body. And when you get isotope-matching between one molecule and another, it can switch over - to being the other atom. We don’t think about this, but it’s going on all the time in our bodies. It’s just not how we’ve understood it. 36:33 So, once you start looking at things from a Plasma perspective - and I’m not saying I have this all sussed, because I don’t. But when you start to look at it from there, things look very different on so many levels. And so much that we’ve taken to be true about Physics and Chemistry just stop functioning effectively on levels when you start to embrace this. So much we’ve taken to be true, just isn’t. Very interesting stuff! The Plasma is conscious 37:11 Yeah well, we get into woo-woo land here: I’m satisfied this stuff is conscious. And I also think it carries wisdom. So, there’s Keshe... with some unsavoury character in Rome (laughing) - a week or so ago. I went to a Keshe Foundation Conference the week before last.

page 10 of 35 37:40 So I just wanted to share with you some of my conclusions from that. The first was just before that Conference - the Keshe Foundation announced details of what had been announced as a Generator, going back

• awhile. And, it was going to be made in Italy and so on. It’s all changed around; there’ve been problems with the Italian factory, really from the get-go

in my opinion. And so basically this Unit has been designed by Keshe himself, in Ghana. It’s been renamed the Plasma Power Generator. They put 50 test Units out - they released them to people a couple of weeks ago. They’re expecting about a 90 per cent reduction from those Units. They were then following up with a slight modification to a small number of Units which they expect would see 100 per cent power provided by those

• Units. Those early phase Units required a grid connection for activation. And there is a final component that has probably been added by now. And

some of those Units are being put out there - which basically means you require no grid connection to activate it. It will provide pretty much what your house requires. It’s not rated at 3 or 5 or 10 kilowatts; it’s whatever your house is drawing, provided the wiring can take the load. This thing weighs about half a kilo - half a kilo for the box and half a kilo for the Unit. A little piece of magic.

page 11 of 35 39:25 Unfortunately, these things will only be available out of Ghana, for Ghana, initially. So, we’re not going to see ‘em. I expect to get a Unit myself, in early May, which I’ll put through its paces - and I have a few plans for that. But in terms of Keshe’s current model, is that there will be a factory in every country manufacturing these things, controlled… 75 per cent owned by the Keshe Foundation, 25 per cent by the local government. He’s driving that agenda; I’m not sure I entirely agree, but that’s not up to me. And the roll-out plan is going to take a while, so… you know - I’m looking to see if I can help that along a little, I guess you would say. We’ll see what

• happens. So that’s the Plasma Power Generator; it’s that thing we’ve been waiting for a long time. Pretty exciting stuff.

Questioner: He’s not been teaching… ? 40:30 Not that Unit, no. He was teaching how to build the original Magravs on-grid Unit, which you can expect 60 per cent saving from. And a number

• f people have built their own and demonstrated it. But the Units out of the Italian factory, in my experience were not delivering it, were not working.

So, I sold them for about 6 weeks and then stopped, because I was not seeing them delivering the results. And I still am not selling them. But the Keshe Foundation has taken over the Italian factory; they had managers in the factory; they’re now running things themselves. I’ve met the guys that are driving that. So I think those things will get resolved. The same thing was happening with the Car Fuel Reduction Unit. I shipped one of those to a guy who was interested in re-selling them in the

• States. He never got any useful change from them … again, not because the technology doesn’t work… but because these things are a fairly

complex device, and for various reasons they were not manufacturing them correctly. There are a number of reasons: one is simply incompetence, another has been sabotage and intentional disruption, and that’s still an ongoing issue for the Keshe Foundation. As you might imagine, getting back to this issue, there are a lot of people who do not want to see this stuff get out there. And I think most people in this room probably know the story of Nikola Tesla… so I don’t need to revisit that! And so, in ways, I look at what Keshe is doing is taking on the mantle of Tesla… but what he’s dealing with, and what he’s bringing forth, is a step

• n from the technology that Tesla was dealing with.

Advances in healing technologies

42:23 So, there was a day spent on where the healing technologies were at, and one of them… there’s been some work done with building Healing

• Units. Again, I describe this Plasma flow through the body. And basically, they’re a frame which has a series of coils on either side, and you kind
• f stand in between these frames. There was one there from the guys in Austria who are driving this primarily; and there’s also a helmet, if you’re

looking at doing work with healing the brain. And there’s a guy, Dr. Rodriguez - I think he’s actually in Canada; he’s a Mexican but he’s in Canada - on the leading edge of this work; so he gave a presentation. He was talking about a woman who is 36 years of age, had advanced breast cancer, and the general view from the experts was she would not have survived without this treatment. Because of the stage of the cancer, it would have been right through her body. And, it’s cleared! So, she has a young child and she’ll be around for her young child… and a little plastic surgery probably down the track to repair her breast. It’s gone; and the result of this

page 12 of 35 treatment… she’ll never get cancer again. So it’s pretty interesting stuff. 43:52 The video of that, I expected to have been up on the Internet by now, because a decision was made to do that. I checked today; it’s going up

• n a new website; it ain’t there yet, so it’ll be up soon.

Indistinct Question answered: So to be clear, this treatment that I’m talking about with these machines… you stand in the machine, and so there’s a Plasmatic field going through your body. This is not drinking GANS water, that was doing this particular treatment. So, basically, it’s helping the body correct a number of things, including the emotional context that’s had that cancer arise. Because, almost certainly cancer has an emotional background to it. Questioner: How many treatments does it take? You know, I’m not sure? I think she was being treated a couple of times a day for maybe a month or so, to fully clear it. But the evidence was there pretty quickly. Yes, it’s not one treatment, and it’s done. It takes a little work. But once it’s cleared, that’s it; she won’t require any further treatment. Questioner: Was that in Canada? Yes, that was in Canada. Questioner: There’s no machine in Melbourne?

• No. not currently. But if any of you know a doctor that might be interested in this stuff, have them get in touch with me. Because I have contact with

the guy that’s driving this in Austria, and I would love to see this stuff get going here. Questioner: Can an appointment be made? At this point, no. What you can do is send an e-mail to doctors at http://cancerprocessing.org and ask that the treatment be considered, as an option for them. In other words, put that individual’s name forward, and one of the doctors might pick it up, and treat the individual. But there’s no guarantees; there’s just not enough resources; you can imagine the level of demand that’s starting to emerge. Questioner: What, if any, are the comparisons you can draw with things like the multi-wave oscillator and Dr. Royal Rife’s work on healing… The first one, I didn’t hear. The Rife one I think you gave. I’m not sufficiently familiar with those techniques. I’m aware of Rife’s work, but I’m not familiar with it. There are many ways that we can heal cancer, in truth. It’s just the official system doesn’t endorse any of them because they’re not really about healing us, you know.

page 13 of 35 Questioner: … a trade mark; you’ll get into trouble. If you say you can heal cancer, you’ll get… … I understand. So, it needs to be handled very, very carefully, because the whole business of treating cancer is a huge business, and they’re not really interested in healing people. The survival rate from chemo, after 7 years, is extremely low as most of you would know… especially if you’re over about 45, I think the line in the sand is; it’s horrific. Questioner: It seems … … 48:12 I don’t know how they’re handling it, to be honest. It’s a challenging thing, because some of the people - Keshe was saying in his Teaching on Thursday that some of the people who have been associated with the trial work… those Tepco trials (in Japan) which also got into cancer treatment and so on. A couple of the key people who’ve been associated with have been… let’s say “they’re dead now”. However they died, it’s hard to say. Well, one of them was in a car accident; the other one, I’m not sure. This was in Japan… occurring in Japan. Questioner: You mentioned that the Plasma is conscious. Do you think the Plasma is conscious? Conscious? Yes. Questioner: Can you expand on when you said you think that its consciousness causes healing? No, I didn’t say it’s conscious-ness. I said it’s conscious. Well, again when you look at the notion that the Plasma gives what’s needed, and takes away what’s not, it implies a certain awareness, yes? …in that Plasmatic field energy. And so that’s part of its characteristic, and so when you’re dealing with what you might consider an out of balance for the body, which all illness and disease is, an out-of-body of sorts. The body ultimately wants to get back to its original state. So, if it’s got the appropriate support through these Plasmatic field energies, and so on, then that can

• happen. Does that answer your question? I’m not sure I addressed it directly? Good. Anything else?

50:22 Okay. So it’s very interesting stuff. And the other thing that Keshe announced in Rome was some just-completed trials, where they had intentionally infected mice with cancer. And when they had confirmed that they had cancer, they then began treatment, and within 5 days of treating them with the appropriate Plasma water... I don’t know what mix they were using; I don’t know exactly how they were creating it. I guess there was a little bit of Keshe trickery involved to get it optimised. The cancer was gone in 5 days. Now this stuff is going to be published pretty soon. So this is going to threaten the system, through those sorts of things. It’s going to get interesting. I didn’t catch that Serge. You’re saying that if it’s published it’ll make it difficult to bring it into the country?

• Yes. … … … (inaudible)

page 14 of 35 51:45 So Serge is saying that if it’s publicised, through published papers, the AMA will act to stop it coming into the country. Yes, I think they’re pretty

• aggressive. I’ve seen examples of those kinds of activities. My personal view is that we live in a benign police state, here … it’s a pretty comfortable

police state to be in, but it is one. People don’t object to the walls they can’t see, to the bars they can’t see on the prison. And that’s what we have here. So what Serge is saying is there was somebody who brought a Rife machine into this country for treatment, and then got shut down because of the medical system here. I take a different view of all of this, Serge. I take the view that we are living in a special time on this beautiful planet. We are in a time of transition, and all of these issues will fall away in my opinion. And one of the reasons I’m involved with this Keshe technology is that I see this technology as being a key part of this shift. And my driver is to see this technology in whatever form in the hands of everybody on the planet, with the understanding of it, with the ability to get whatever electrical power they need for free, To, if they wish, get whatever nutrition they require from this, without being enslaved as we are today. We’re living in a time when these walls are going to break down. I see evidence of this on many levels, but ultimately that understanding, that perspective comes from my spiritual work, going back a while. 53:44 I don’t get caught up in these stories of how difficult it’s been, and all the challenges. I take the view that this is all going to dissolve somewhere along this path. I can’t say see exactly how, but I see Keshe is still alive, and he’s doing this stuff, and I’m going to talk a bit more about Ghana in a while. It’s like Ghana is this gift to the opening up of the Keshe technology and all that Keshe is wanting to do; it’s extraordinary. I’ll talk about that a bit more. A female listener: So we’ll have to go to Ghana! Hopefully not! A voice from the audience: … … Okay, so you’re saying Nikola Tesla was doing something. Again, Nikola Tesla was not around now, he was around a hundred years ago, Okay? And similarly, Keshe is not inside, he’s not controlled by the bankers. Tesla required money from J.P. Morgan, who shut him down. J.P. Morgan was effectively a Rothschild agent, he had 17 or 19 per cent of the bank, it was discovered on his death; the rest was owned by the Rothschilds. Most people didn’t know that - most people still don’t know it. Questioner: You mentioned copper plate and zinc plate … … I didn’t say that …no, you’re hooking things together. If you want to understand this, go on the Internet; there’s stuff there from the Keshe Foundation which explains it in detail. There’s videos all over the place; there’s a thousand videos. What I would say is that, as Keshe spoke about on Thursday, some of the understandings about how to nano-coat have been screwed up; people have been doing it wrongly and so on, that’s about to be restructured.

page 15 of 35 They announced at the Conference, I think they called it a Plasma Wiki - but they put up a kind of Wikipedia-type structure which is specifically about this technology - which was announced and launched at the Rome Conference. And so you can find that if you go looking ( go to http://kfwiki.org ). That’s what I would use going forward as my reference point. 56:06 When you’re making the GANS of CO2, using a nano-coated copper plate and a zinc plate, the copper is really not relevant; it doesn’t come into it. Question: … … Serge is asking about using it for batteries. There are ways to build Plasma batteries, but that’s not the answer to it. But there are Plasma batteries that have been created that basically will last forever. Quite some years ago… the first time I ever saw Keshe was a presentation he gave in Eindhoven, to a group and - one of the things he was demonstrating back there was a little torch that… ran forever! Didn’t need a battery, had its own battery that ran forever. So, you can certainly do batteries. And there’ll be a lot more in that regard. But, when you want to create GANS, create GANS, but when you want to create a battery, then you need to approach it a particular way.

Spacecraft technology advances

57:29 So, the other major focus of the Conference in Rome was talking about the work with Space technology. As I mentioned, the Iranians have been flying around in spacecraft for 8 or 9 years, and… they’re undetectable by radar and all the rest of it, because these things absorb it. And, in terms of evidence of this technology, if you want to go and look again, you can find links ( http://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east- 16098562 ) to both the drones that they grabbed… the CIA drone on December 4th, 2011…which Keshe explained in Rome was the day after an Ambassador threatened him in Belgium. He said, “We will demonstrate the technology,” and the next day they grabbed the CIA drone out of the sky and put it on the ground. And apparently, this CIA drone was set up such that, if anybody tried to tamper with it, it would self-destruct. Well, it didn’t self-destruct. They reverse-engineered it and they’ve made it available for sale; just to really piss the Americans off! The Americans thought this was an unassailable device, and the Iranians grabbed it out of the sky, put it on the ground and showed it to the world. Using Keshe’s technology.

page 16 of 35 And they repeated the exercise almost to the day, a year later, with a pedestrian kind of drone. So, that’s an illustration of the Defence technology, not the actual spacecraft itself. But nevertheless it shows the power of the stuff at work. Again, when you understand the power of the Plasma… anything - but anything - in this Matter domain is puny by comparison… It just becomes irrelevant; it’s child’s-play stuff. We get caught up in thinking about the power of the military and all this stuff; and people talk about scalar technology and all that sort of stuff - it’s all in the Matter domain. When you step out, and start dealing from Plasma, it all just gets swept away. It’s a different game. And it’s hard to get your head around it, but

Well, the Russians also have the technology, which they demonstrated with the (U.S.) destroyer Donald Cook in the Black Sea, a couple of years ago. They (the Russians) had a couple of fighter (aircraft) doing dummy runs. They had no bombs or anything on board, but they were doing dummy runs over the Donald Cook. And the Donald Cook had the very latest command and control system - Aegis Command and Control system. They completely disabled the ship. They couldn’t do a damn thing. It was sitting there like a floating bath tub. … It’s changing the world. 1:00:35 There was a discussion about this spacecraft technology: one of the things that Keshe opened up about was the fact that deuterium is the fuel for this stuff. In fact, he explained that most of Space is full of deuterium. And he introduced a couple of ways to produce it. Again, in his usual way not quite revealing it all, to make people stretch to find some answers. He’s been playing with this stuff for 20 or 30 or 40 years; it’s like child’s-play to him. The man is extraordinary, I have to say. And, I started to talk about Ghana. Keshe started to set up in Ghana in about last November last year, and it’s like, Ghana has just opened up in front of him. In part because, as a result of a number of experiences, he’s healed both people and animals associated with people in power and

• authority. And so the doors are opening all over the place.

The FDA - they have an FDA (Food and Drugs Administration) there - it’s the same title as in the U.S. and apparently there are relationships between the two. So that the approvals in Ghana ostensibly have reciprocal approval in the U.S… but I’ll believe it when I see it. But, you know, he was told these approvals would take months to happen, and they happened in a day: “And, oh! by the way, I’ve got this person I’d like you to see; can you do …?” You know, it’s incredible. So, it’s like this whole thing has opened up, and he is planning a Space Centre there, and all kinds of stuff, based in Ghana. And somebody ...

Basically it has a copper coil and a copper pin through the middle, which are nano-coated, in the way that I described, and they also have some GANS in them - GANS of CO2 - as I understand it.

If you’ve got a bit of RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) in your hand, just poke it in this area and move it around for a while. When you’re getting started, I’d limit it to about 45 seconds, maybe several times a day, because you can trigger healing crises, in my experience. I’ve seen a couple of people do it: they stick it on, and leave it for 10 minutes, and then go, “”Ooh!” (unfeeling mirth) So, that’s the Pain Pen. The other major pain product is a Pain Pad, which is this device... which originally I thought had the GANS of CO2 in it. But actually, it’s a magnetic device… in here in this (central) panel. And so you wrap it around your body, and it’s good for your back. But you can also put it around a knee and so on. It’s obviously designed for a torso …not for your elbow! Again, some of the reports about these things are quite extraordinary.

page 22 of 35 Again, I’d put the proviso in here that I’m not saying that these work for everybody. Because they don’t. My experience is that they work for most people, but not for everybody. There are different kinds of sources of pain. They’re a little more complex, that might need a bit more intervention. There’s also: as I touched on before, in my experience pretty well all forms of illness, and disease and so on that come forth in our bodies have an emotional component underneath them. And if you don’t deal with the emotional issue, you’re probably not going to heal it. Now, most people in this room have some understanding of these things and are already down that kind of path. But you would know most people in the world are not terribly far down that kind of journey. And so if you don’t own those factors in your health on some level, these things are probably not going to work for you because you’re not getting to the underlying issues. 1:09:38 Again, if there’s any opening at all, when you start getting the GANS of zinc oxide into the game, that can help enormously to clear some of these things. But again, there needs to be ownership and understanding, at least on some level, that this makes some sense to do, at the very least. So, you get into those kind of areas, and, when I’ve had people come back to me with these sorts of things, I say, “Well, this might be a factor” and I send them the details. I used to practice, I still do a little bit, but I don’t charge anybody for it anymore - you know, spiritual and emotional healing

• work. You don’t forget how to do these things, so I still do it a bit. So I say to people, “If you’re open to look, is this a possibility?” Some people aren’t -

what unfolds is pretty horrific sometimes. And it doesn’t surprise you one bit that they don’t heal. Because they haven’t started, and they open the door, and it’s hard work. Questioner: So, there’s no guarantee it will work? There’s no guarantee it’ll work, no. So, this one came just on Friday from a woman in Queensland; so she said: “I purchased the Keshe Pain Pad in early March of 2017, and waited until now to inform you of the successes I’ve had with its use, as I wanted to make sure I was getting consistent results. I spend most of my day in the seated position as I’m currently driving heavy vehicles. Needless to say, this plays havoc with my muscular system. I don’t take allopathic medicine of any sort, and that includes pain medications - instead, opting for the natural way to bring and maintain homeostasis within my body. Since receiving the Pain Pad I’ve put it to good use. I found if I rotate the position of the Pad, from lower back, to mid-back, to shoulder areas, and legs or anywhere else whilst I am in the seated position, driving, all the muscular tension is relieved. These are the same things as Richard has just shown you - but they’re mine! I’m a Remedial Massage Therapist, and I’ve asked my clients to use them, and I’ve found that… one girl who had some tendon injury in her leg - I gave it to her to take home. And she had it at home for 4 days, and came back, “Ah, it was really…”. She worked on it, because I couldn’t spend hours and hours on this particular part of her body, and said, “You go on and treat it yourself .” And she found… she’s a dancer, and she was so relieved. (addressed to Richard Presser) Richard: Pretty much, Nicole, yes. Yes, and our bodies, our fantastic bodies with all their amazing equipment in them that was going on working quietly and silently while we don’t know anything about it: all the bits of the body working and producing us and here we are. And you were talking about the consciousness of this Plasma. Well, you know… consciousness of trees, consciousness of stones - you have mountains, you have grass and flowers and trees and birds and

• animals. We’re sort of beginning to accept all that.

1:15:26 And if this energy is running through us… to me, it does run through me. When I put this (Pain Pen) on here - and I sometimes get swollen knuckles with the work I do with remedial massage - and I do this (stroking a knuckle with the tip of the Pain Pen) and it cures it… that evening I will do it - and my hand is okay again. It’s just my little treasure! I have my own one in this little bag and I carry it around with me; I have it by the bed, and I have it by the computer … and I’ve heard that a figure of 8 is a good way to move it (the tip of the Pain Pen)… like a circling of the energy in a figure of 8, (like) the figure of infinity is perhaps of some significance as well. And so I would never be without that Pen, it’s wonderful.

I think which is intention in intelligence when using this. Someone said, “No guarantee!” I think any sort of negativity will probably not be really advisable - because that’s like right / wrong will this work? But if you can believe that it will - not in the placebo effect, actually doing something significant, actually doing something. Yeah, the intention: “I’m loving my body; I’m looking after my body; I’m setting it back into health again.” Pain is a message; it’s telling you that something’s out of alignment, not quite right in the body, “Oh, how can I help my body? How can I get it back to health?”

page 25 of 35 1:17:18 Recently, I fell over and I cracked the bottom of my pelvis, two fractures - one that came up, in the lower part of the pelvis, and one that went

• down. And so I was on crutches for … I was meant to be able to walk again in 6 weeks.

But after about 4 weeks, I got out the Pain Pad, and I put that around me. And I sat there at the computer … and I put it around my back - it’s really good to do that, and pull it down to where it’s hurting, and pull it around you like this… . because I couldn’t get into the pelvis, it’s sort of inside. I actually believe that the energy was going through. I didn’t leave it on to use for just a few seconds or minutes, I left it on for 2 hours or more! So, just a couple of things about that… intention is important, with these tools, and also in terms of the Pain Pad. It’s the Pen you need to use for short periods, the Pad - the recommendation is an hour at a time, twice a day, but I have customers who sleep with them on, and just wear them for long periods of time without any issue at all. So, the Pad, we’ve talked about. You were talking about energising… where’s she gone? - energising the water. This is the Alkaliser; this container is the jug I put it in, but basically this device has, again, a copper coil and GANS. It will Plasmatically activate the water and give a lot of the benefits that we were talking about with the GANS of CO2, essentially from this device. So I basically fill this up every night before I go to bed, and there’s 3 litres of water that I work my way through every day. Questioner: You’re saying it’s alkaline? It will raise the pH of the water and, in my opinion more importantly, puts the Plasmatic field energy in the water. Yeah, it will raise the pH of the water. Questioner: And there’s the GANS of CO2. Correct, yes there’s the GANS of CO2.

I looked into it a decade ago; I haven’t looked since. In fact a delivery came today. I get it delivered in 15-litre bottles; I have one of those office water fountains, so I just buy it in 15-litre bottles and they deliver it once a month to my front door. It’s a tough gig, but I struggle through! Questioner: Can you use filtered water?

Yes it flows through - it’s all full of holes (mirthfully). You just fill it up and that fills up too, you know! Yes, as I said, the GANS keeps going, keeps truckin’ along. You can use it forever. And I’ve just started tossing this little guy in as well… for a bit of entertainment. This is CO2 in water, some GANS of CO2. The question is, has he spoken about where this GANS can be neutralised or deactivated? No. Question: inaudible

• No. Again, I would say that’s pretty unlikely, because what you’re dealing with is the Plasmatic field energy which… you’re getting back to a

fundamental level of creation, as I’ve described. Anything in this Matter state is puny by comparison. It’s hard to get our heads around it, but that’s the reality of things. So the Matter state is the weakest of the three that get created. And, you know, anything we’re dealing with is in the Matter state. Question repeated: Can the GANS of CO2 be converted back into gaseous CO2? I suppose so. I can see no evidence that it happens. It must happen in our bodies. It must get converted back and forth. So, yes, GANS can be converted back the other way with the right processes. Yes, it’s not a one-way street. Hadn’t thought about it before, but it has to be that way. Yes? 1:24:12 Yes, this a Power supply for your house. This one is not working, like most of the ones that I’ve seen so far, but this is the Magravs Unit, the first Unit that was made which ostensibly will provide 60 per cent of the power for your house. You see, what you’re looking at is the Matter state. What these Magrav things do is they nano-coat the wiring of your house; and what it’s supplying is Plasma to the devices. The nano-coating is a perfect electrical insulator, but a Plasmatic super-conductor. And so, what gets transferred is the Plasmatic field energy, not electricity. So you’re looking at the electricity, not the Plasmatic field nature of it.

Questioner: You’d have planes, cars… you wouldn’t have to buy batteries… Well, you won’t run planes by batteries. You will power space craft with deuterium. We won’t play rocket ship games any more. We won’t play jet engine games any more. We’ll change. Keshe was going to announce, effectively a Flying Car back in 2012. They shut him down, either the day before or the morning before, declared him a Terrorist. Let me just quickly run through this. We’ve talked about the Power products, on-grid and off -grid, and there’s also a car efficiency Unit which I talked about. So, in my view, this technology is life-transforming; and I think I’ve conveyed a few of those perspectives already to you; so I don’t want to belabour that point. So these things will keep running for more than a couple of weeks! (laughing ) This technology, or these understandings, are really changing our perspective on how our bodies work, and hence how we can heal them. And this is

• nly just getting started.

And one of the things, which is in Keshe’s original patents, is a device which he calls an Oasis device, which effectively you can set up in your house, and it will completely protect your environment. Again, this is really hard to get our heads around because we think about the Matter state. But, if you set up a Plasmatic field around your house, a tidal wave could come your way and it will go around your house. Think about it. Questioner: Would the rain still fall on your roof? It’s up to you, what you want. It’s setting up a Plasmatic field. Questioner: You wouldn’t have a few of those available, would you! I wouldn’t have a few available! I don’t think anybody’s started to build them yet, which saddens me. I’d like to see them built and made available. Yes, it’s quite a small Unit, about this big (hands held apart). Questioner: I think nobody would be wanting to do this, because (laughing) it would heal everything. Nobody would make any money if you…

page 31 of 35 Protect you, feed you… So, you know, one of Keshe’s big drivers is Peace in our world. This man is a highly spiritual being. I met him for the first time in Rome, and I had a direct conversation with him. He’s a special character - let’s put it that way. So, there’s a little video segment that just runs here, that I just want to finish off with - which I cut out of Keshe’s Teaching from last Thursday, because it talks about the production of GANS, but also production of Matter from the background field energy. 1:28:50 video plays Keshe: Now. for example, in the Teaching of the Conference, we have the pleasure of one of the most beautiful men I know in soul, Peter who works with us. Peter brought you huge knowledge a few months ago. I refer back into what you know, that it makes it easier to talk about it, because you can then relate one to another. If you remember, when we made the nano-coated (copper) plates and the zinc plates, we created the environment of salt water. And the field in between was, for example, the field of the carbon - which the extraction of this carbon here allowed the attraction of the carbon fields to be and to come in touch with the water, and the absorption of that partially some of the oxygen itself, it created the CO2.

page 32 of 35 What we saw was, without the liquid, the same test by Peter. Peter had the 2 coils, rotating coils 1 and 2 - what we call ? Plate 1 and 2. What Peter did, all it was he made the GANS of gold… using yellow here: that is good. And what he did, he placed the GANS of gold, rotating Plasma GANS here. And what we saw, he showed was that on the plate which he had here; he showed us in his videos.

page 33 of 35 That video is absolutely historical. He starts seeing materials here: 1:30:57 He said his gold wasn’t pure, so he doesn’t make gold. But in fact, his gold was pure. He never understood. And we sat down and watched. I thought, “I wonder if somebody will understand.” In fact, what he’s done, and in the teaching of last week and the week before, if you remember, in part of it, and in the Teaching in the Conference, I explained that if you look at the geology of the Earth, you see different layers on the Earth. Where do these layers come from? No soil comes out of the sea, or from the inside to come out on top. These soils come in a very simple way, be it the desert, be it cold, or whatever; it’s the interaction of the field of the Sun with the interaction of the field

• f the Earth, creates not as we always do, only the hydrogen and oxygen and nitrogen to lead to the amino acid. It hasn’t got a meter. It’s a spectrum
• f fields which interact.

And this field, it creates a field of gold, zinc, any other material which you can imagine. So, what Peter did by placing the gold-rotating GANS, he made this reactor – water, salt – he created a new environment, and in that environment, whatever landed was the material which the fields could extract from the field of this Plasma, which was created in the atmosphere of the Earth. So, what he brought in, in that position, created a physical Matter out of the fields of the Universe. This is what you’ve got to do in Space – this is what I’ve been teaching you for years: production of material out of the fields according to the feel of the Man.
