IMPACT OF THE TEMPUS IV PROGRAMME IN PALESTINE

Since Its inception, TEMPUS Palestine has played an important role in modernizing the higher education Sector. Most Academic institutions have benefited and successfully participated in implementing the projects. The TEMPUS Programme in Palestine had a significant impact on:

  • the modernization of curricula;
  • introducing new educational programmes,
  • teaching methods, quality assurance,
  • staff development
  • Euro Med educational partnership
  • joint ventures amongst European and Palestinian academic institutions.
  • internationalization of faculties
  • strengthened institutions’ awareness for the need of universities to become more

flexible, decentralized, entrepreneurial and more professional.
