During the day on Wednesday, June 17th and Thursday, June 18th, we will be conducting a Class of 2020 Presentation/Collection Day in the large gym at Ewing High School. Students/Parents will enter the high school through the new parking lot gate (same as our Family Commencement Experience) proceed to a designated parking area and the senior student will enter the gym. At this point the seniors who have met all the Graduation requirements and returned all district materials: Chromebooks, textbooks, etc… will receive the following from a member of the Ewing High School administration:  Their diplomas  The Spirit Week prize of Ewing High School Sweatpants  The Class of 2020 Parent Group is providing the seniors a Yeti and a gift Students who owe materials or have not met the Graduation requirements will not receive their diplomas or transcripts. Our goal is to make this process easy, quick, safe and fun for all involved. Below are the details that we have put in place and need all students to follow closely. We politely ask you stay within your designated time frame so

Drop Off Process: Drop off times are already designated below and broken down by alphabet.



Please bring all materials with you at one time that need to be turned back in.



Remember that a failure to turn in materials may result in withholding your diploma/transcript.



Make sure to wear a mask and that social distancing is followed closely at all times. We will strive to keep this contact-less.



Drop off will be one car at a time.



An administrator will direct you out of your car and have you enter through the gym doors one student at a time. Everyone should remain in their vehicle until they are advised to get out for safety reasons.



Once inside the building, pallets will be marked inside the commons for each department (Math, English, etc.) and where to place your items.



Place your items neatly on the pallet quickly.



You will be directed to a table to pick up your diploma, a class of 2020 Yeti, gift card and sweatpants.



Return to where you entered.



Once in your vehicle, the next car will be directed to move up and the following student can begin the same process. We will do one car at a time!



Students will not be allowed to go to their lockers or walk through the hallways at any time. Everyone must stay in the gym area



Parents are not allowed to enter the building at any time or get out of their cars to socialize with friends,
