  • Moved to Virginia in 1974 after

marrying Ken McDonald

  • Has been hybridizing since the

mid 70’s

  • Worked at Ken’s business Le-Mac

Nurseries a wholesale nursery specializing in azaleas and rhododendron (later renamed Le- Mac Azaleas).

  • Did hybridizing, worked with

chemicals and computer work.
