Sign-In and Sign-Out Procedures
- Youth should sign-in for the exact time they arrive to
the program
– Youth in grades K-2 should sign their own names whenever possible, but personnel can sign them in – Youth in grades 3-12 need to sign themselves in
- Youth or guardian/walker should sign-out the youth
at the exact departure time
– Personnel CANNOT sign youth out
- Sign-in sheets should be filed daily
- PHMC identifies sign-in sheets as receipts

first day of the month or you can select create invoice
- Before submitting, ensure the following:

- Attendance data is entered correctly for each youth and
mark complete

required level
- Select complete AND submit
- If an invoice is sent back by PHMC, select
Send_Back before making changes and resubmitting
