  • 1/2 ounce of useable marijuana;
  • 8 ounces of marijuana-infused product in solid form;
  • 36 ounces of marijuana-infused product in liquid form; or
  • 3.5 grams of marijuana concentrates.

– The act of delivery (giving or sharing) must be done by:

  • Outside of the view of the general public in a nonpublic place,

– OR

  • The marijuana product must be in its original packaging as

purchased by the retailer.

– Changes the name of the Safe Homes Task Force to the Suicide- Safer Homes Task Force (Task Force) and revises its membership and duties. – Creates a Suicide-Safer Homes Project within the Department of Health to accept public or private donations for deposit in a new account to be used by the Task Force to provide suicide prevention materials, training, and outreach programs. – Requires licensed dentists and licensed dental hygienists to complete a onetime training in suicide assessment, treatment, and management, and the University of Washington School of Dentistry to develop training curriculum. – Addresses exemptions from background check requirements for firearms transfers between immediate family members and temporary transfers intended to prevent suicide or self-inflicted bodily harm.
