units
Accessory Dwelling Units
Council initiated and approved bill authorizing ‘ADUs’ Provide second income for homeowners and affordable rentals in
community

Funds budgeted for repair of Streets within Villages of Kapolei Resolution 15-11 (passed), asked city to expedite transfer of
roads to city so that maintenance can begin.

Ensuring Rail Will Serve
Families Commuting to Town
At peak travel times, Rail will have capacity
to take 9,600 people per hour from Kapolei station town-bound.
AM & PM commute times, rail will run every
five minutes and can carry up to 800 people per 4-car train.
Kapolei – Downtown: 38-40 minutes.
