The effect of Chinese economic reform and opening up to markets globally on wage inequality against women has been the subject of considerable attention of numerous
- scholars. The main purpose of this
presentation is to examine the study of gender wage differentials within the transitional Chinese labor market by using some appropriate theories and evidences to support the research. Moreover, several solutions to address this issue would be further explored throughout the presentation as well.
