 Titanium Dioxide gives white colour and UV

• Stabilization. If % is less profiles are not white

and over a period profiles Crack or bend due to weathering effects.

 Fillers are added to increase volume of the Resin,

world standard is 6-10 %, some profile manufacturer use as high as 50 %, which reduces the cost of profile, but over a period of time profiles crack or bend as they become hard.

 Reinforcement chamber is large to accommodate

large section, hence window is strong.

manufacturers.

uPVC Profile Design

 Sliding door/window -Euro groove is just enough

to fit rollers, hence gap between Outer frame track and Sash is minimum. It is sealed with good quality Silica wool pile. Sound insulation remains constant over years, which may not be possible with other profiles, where Euro groove is big to accommodate manufacturing deficiencies, which is sealed with Big Wool pile, the hair of same breaks reducing sound and dust insulation.

 Drainage holes are Zig Zag, which prevents water

to come in due to wind pressure.

uPVC Profile Design

 We have India's biggest manufacturing unit under 1 roof

(350-400 windows per day- 2 shift basis) spanning 40000 sq. ft., and expanding the capacity to 550 windows per day 2 shift basis.

 All machines are Fully Automatic CNC ( Computer Numerical

Control)

 We have Machining Center-Pratically windows are not touch.  All above ensure Good Quality and Faster deliveries.  We are only one in India to offer Painted windows, warranty

for painted windows is 15 years. In next 6 months will also introduce painted windows with wood finish texture.

Manufacturing Facility

 Fully trained full fledged experienced

installation technicians.

 Manpower are well verse and experienced

in uPVC window segment.

Installation Infrastructure

 We only use recommended and tested hardware.  Hardware are tested for 30000 cycles ( we

generally open window 4 times in a day, 1460 times in a year, in short 20 yrs.

 Casement windows comes with Easy clean

hinges, so we can clean both sides of the window.

 Casement windows has Male-Female locking

arrangement apart from the Lock given, and also have block fitted at the bottom of the sash which as spring loaded rollers for perfect fittment.

Harware

 All window manufacturer only have 2 types of

rollers, window and door. For big size and with DGU Glass we give special Signet rollers, which ensures smooth operation.

 EPDM Gaskets mosted exposed to atmosphere.

Good EPDM gaskets ensure glass is perfectly hold and windows are sealed perfectly . Low quality EPDM gaskets become hard in few months as a result glass may come out of the sash and sealing may not be proper, leading to decrease in dust and sound insulation.
