Partnership Overview OCI Partners Summary OCI’s facility near Beaumont, TX (“OCI Beaumont”) is an integrated methanol and ammonia facility strategically located on the Texas Gulf • Coast OCI N.V. acquired the Beaumont plant from Eastman Chemical Company in May 2011.
