The Role

 To see Schools Football in Merseyside differently than previously!  Discovering a fractured landscape – with so many delivery arms, lack of

cohesion/communication between the MCSFA and districts especially!

 Lucky to be allowed to take the role in a direction of my choosing!  Initially supporting with general administration duties from Ken but building a

picture of areas I could develop!

Development of the role

 2017/18 season: U19 League secretary & Everton Senior Shield Coordinator – 4

divisions (37 teams & further 8 6th Forms/Colleges joining the Senior Shield).

 Evolving the Years 7-11 Competition entry format – introducing invoices to

manage payments.

 Moving other Schools based competitions on to full Time – U11 District League

& U11 Girls Borough League.

 Working with the FA’s Regional PE Coordinator about supporting delivery of PE

and Football.

 Developed an Equipment Pack to improve the quality of Football/PE delivery.
