Approach Focuses Learning  Specific scientific information on Climate Change is not available for us to do an appropriate programming.  While there it is lack of CCA specific information, there is no specific indicator that lead to difficulty in measuring the impact of the program.  Big funding source often channeled through the government institutions. Sometimes, this funding mechanism treats CCA as only environmental issues, but not through DRR mechanism.  Integration of health related issue to the DRR CCA sensitive program remains a challenge due to the nature of organizational structure.
