specific indicator that lead to difficulty in measuring the impact of the program.

available for us to do an appropriate programming.

 Big funding source often channeled through the government

• institutions. Sometimes, this funding mechanism treats CCA as
• nly environmental issues, but not through DRR mechanism.

 Integration of health related issue to the DRR CCA sensitive

program remains a challenge due to the nature of

• rganizational structure.
