Applic Ap icati ation on Lo Logis isti tics cs In order for NACEP to assign a Peer Review Team, colleges must:  Be a postsecondary member in good standing  Pay a $100 Intent to Apply fee (If you haven't already, it will show up shortly on your 2012 membership dues invoice)  Submit an electronic application for NACEP accreditation by July 2, 2012  Pay an application processing fee of $300 (initial applicants) or $200 (reaccreditation applicants)

Crit itic ical al Fac actor ors s for or El Elig igib ibil ilit ity It is NACEP’s understanding that your college:  offers college courses to high school students in high school locations taught by high school teachers  has implemented all policies and practices described in the Standards prior to applying  can submit documentation that the practices are now in place  If your CEP is operated across a multi-campus college system, please review that section of the Accreditation Guide and consult with us

Com ompil ilin ing g an an Ap Applic icati ation on Use coversheets to explain how your evidence documents  your practice Give thorough & relevant descriptions  Connect the dots for Reviewers  Be consistent in program name in all coversheets,  supporting documents, brochures, and webpages Have faculty sign the Standard Assessment Forms  Make sure all faculty members describe C2 compliance  on Standard Assessment Forms, or in separate documents

What Wh at Revie iewer ers s Lo Look ok For or Reviewers want to see evidence that affirms that your college’s:  CEP students are held to the same expectations as on campus students  CEP courses as equivalent as possible to on campus courses  CEP instructors meet the same requirements for on campus adjunct instructors, and are provided support by faculty in their discipline  CEP program oversight is sufficient to ensure the academic integrity of its courses, regardless of where they are taught and by whom
