Partnerships to deliver energy efficiency measures to low- income residents 2. Educate agencies about opportunities to upgrade low-income homes energy efficiency 3. Improve low-income customers comfort level & energy savings 4. Increase low-income customers participation in DEF’s DSM programs

Eligibility Criteria  The income eligibility requirements will align with the participation agency criteria  The residence must be in DEF’s service territory with an active account  The residence must be a residential metered customer  All installations must be accessible for verification by DEF’s representative  Homes must be greater than two years old  Homes having previously received DEF’s incentive for listed measures are not eligible for the same measure 3
