  4. About Us AT DATAMETREX We are IoT (Internet of Things) believers. Every day we challenge ourselves to come up with new and better ways to get retail COLLECT data into the hands of those who need it. IoT REAL TIME & It may be more detailed information, real ACCESS ANALYZE time data access or improvements to data analysis and presentation. Our job is to get the best retail data possible and deliver it to our customers in the way they need it in order to do their jobs better. Datametrex Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Everfront Ventures Corp., a publicly listed company on the Toronto Venture Exchange. ( TSXV: EVC ) TSXV: EVC 4

  5. Why Datametrex Datametrex is a plug and play retrofit solution for vendors • We extend the life of existing Point of Sale (POS) terminals and • upgrade them to have the benefit of new cloud based terminals: Link POS terminals to aggregate data from one location or • many locations Real time access to data is key • Remote access to data is key to manage multiple locations • Bricks and mortar vendors are under financial pressure making • large capital expenditures difficult: increased operational costs • increased staffing costs • Increased competition from ecommerce • DataTap is a low capex solution to gain access and control of • critical data. TSXV: EVC 5

  6. How Our Technology Works DATAMETREX’s DataTap (DT) Captured data is then sent, via Vendors’ Dashboards are • • • device is installed between wifi to the cloud server accessible from; PC’s, the POS and receipt printer Laptops, Tablets and soon using serial port It is then scrubbed and on their smartphones • populated to vendor The DT captures all data sent Dashboard This allows vendors to • • from POS to Receipt Printer monitor data remotely Captured data can include: freeing up time to focus • unit price, total price, on business development description, quantity, weight, etc. TSXV: EVC 6

  9. Development Completed APPROVED ü DATAMETREX’s DataTap (DT) device is patent pending and FCC approved DATATAP IS OUT OF SCOPE FOR PCI ü DT does not capture any payment card information RAPIDLY BUILD A LARGE NETWORK ü The DT’s low unit cost ($60 Cdn) will allow Datametrex rapidly build a large network of installed devices to provide the widest coverage of retail locations by any company TSXV: EVC 10

  10. Upcoming Product (Q3 2017) USB DataTap Similar to serial type DataTap, but captures data from devices with a USB interface (e.g. printers, scanners, displays) to provide access to new markets Provide the ability to manage back office inventory management system using provided data DataTap with Hardwired Internet Interface Versions of the DataTap that have a hardwired connection (e.g. ethernet cable) to a local network instead of using a WiFi connection to support retailers that have internet access, but no WiFi network TSXV: EVC 11

  11. Future Developments B2B B2C Weekly Competitive Sales Report provide to retailers. Mobile application downloaded to consumers’ • Report to describe: cellphone Retailer’s top selling products , price charged by Consumer selects products they want pricing for • • retailer and price range that competitors sold the App presents prices from retailers, within local • same product for geographic area , for selected products Competitor’s top selling products and price range • Revenue generated through advertising and app • that products were sold for sponsorships TSXV: EVC 12

  12. Competitive Advantage DataTap – The new source for retail data: The current method of data extraction is a time consuming • and labour intensive process. Until the DataTap, only new cloud based POS systems could • link POS terminals and aggregate information. Each different POS system has its own proprietary format and • usually requires modifications to the POS system in order to access data via the cloud. DataTaps are inserted into a data flow between two • components of a POS system. These taps do not require modification of the POS and are invisible to the operation of the POS system. DataTaps do not interrupt/interfere with data flow, they sit • outside of the flow and tap the information as it passes Similar to the 407 ETR scanning license plates for • information as cars drive rather than Toll Booths that interrupt the flow and potentially cause bottlenecks There is zero risk of downtime to a merchants POS terminal • as a result of installing a DataTap TSXV: EVC 13

  13. Target Markets Goal To create multiple revenue streams from retail sales data obtained from a large number of small-medium sized retailers Objectives • Quickly create a large network of installed devices in small-medium sized retailers • Create multiple revenue streams from: 1. Installed devices 2. Data aggregators 3. Private equity 4. Brands 5. Master franchise TSXV: EVC 14

  14. Target Markets National brands, Marketing/ad agencies Small-medium Retailers 01 02 • Data sales • A low-cost service that provides sales • Brand specific programs reports, basket analytics and product • Understanding demographic purchasing sales recommendations patterns 03 • Cost to retailer: Marketing/ad agencies • Real-time access to network of devices to measure effectiveness of promotional campaigns TSXV: EVC 15

  15. Go To Market Strategy STEP1 STEP2 STEP3 - Selling DT units to SME Selling big data to the data Be the link to the end user via retailers aggregator such as Nielsen, App. (Example: Tobacco, Diaper, - Internal sales coupled with NPD, Google, etc. Wine prices.) channel partners and VARs - Plug and play solution to retrofit existing POS terminals to have the benefits of cloud based POS TSXV: EVC 16
