Planning for the Future
- Strategic Plan must be produced by March 2016
- Legal requirement to involve key stakeholders
- How have TSIs been involved to date?
- Locality planning is one of the keys
- Arrangements for each locality must be set out
separately
- Locality planning must be represented on SPG.
- Strategic Planning Group(SPG) must include non
commercial/commercial providers of care

Developing a Strategic Plan
