Training Center & Simulators Certifications

The status and organization within the Heli Center Toplice (HCT) fully conform to provisions of the Regulation (EC) No. 216/2008, Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1178/2011 and EASA rules Part-ORA, Part-FCL. HCT is certified under the above mentioned provisions and possesses all necessary certificates.

OUR SIMULATORS

facilitates the practice of the extreme maneuvers which are hazardous to life in real in-flight conditions. HCT Simulators for Mi-17-1V and Mi-171 helicopters, currently, offers the most realistic experience and are intended for initial, recurrent and proficiency training

• f flight crews in compliance with EASA

regulations and applicable standards. Simulators can reproduce all flight conditions (any hour of the day or night and any weather condition), including emergency and abnormal conditions by simulating system and equipment malfunctions as specified in the Flight Manual of the helicopter. The simulators satisfactory allows to perform:

The instructor controls the simulator and communicates with the crew as they perform the training. The simulator’s software can deliver printed reports of the flight parameters which are used for analysing the crew’s performance in the simulator during the debriefings.

NVG FLIGHT TRAINING– HCT offers the possibility to train and improve

your night flight crew performance and skills with original NVG devices while flying in a simulated enviroment set according to your needs.

FORMATION FLIGHT TRAININGS – HCT offers the possibility

to train your crews and improve their MCC skills while flying simultaneously in a safe simulated enviroment set according to your specifications.

MULTI CREW COORDINATION (MCC) – Test and improve your crews team skills

(communication, coordination, monitoring, cross-checking, task sharing, lidership, problem solving and decision making) in any flight condition including emergency conditions.

PROFESSIONAL TEAM. Experienced instructors

execute the training process in accordance with international aviation methods, principles and practices. Our training coordinator ensures the achievement

• f the training schedule as well as cultural activities

during free time. As per your request, HCT’s interpreter may translate during theoretical & practical trainings.

BRIEFING ROOMS. The exercises to

be executed in the simulator are fully briefed prior to the practice and after it. The briefing room’s technology facilitates the understanding of the flight elements, preflight calculations and after flight analysis.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT. Our team of

informatic technicians are always present and trained by the simulator manufacturer in order to warranty the correct performance of the simulator’s systems and infrastructure.

TRAINING IN SITE.

Upon your request, or flying programs can be performed on your own helicopters at its site by instructors of Heli Center Toplice.

OUR TRAINING FACILITIES

LANGUAGES.

Trainings are currently available in Croatian, Russian, English and Spanish.

THEORETICAL TRAINING. The theoretical part of the training is carried out in high end

technology classrooms equipped with computers from where can be accessed our software which contains the complete literature and 3D animations of the helicopter’s systems and instruments. HCT has 6 classrooms with capacity up to 8 trainees and a library in which technical documentation for all modifications of helicopters Mi-17, their parts and systems, can be consulted.
