• A survey was sent to all enrolled members 18

years and older

• A second survey was sent to enrolled members

13 to 17 years old

• The purpose of the surveys is to determine membership

priorities of the Oneida Nation (i.e. blood quantum, descendancy, live on reservation, etc.)

Moving Forward

• 2019: Analyze population trends & economic

impacts; Share information; Engage Community Focus Groups

• 2020: Present economic impact to GTC
• GTC may direct any recommended changes to the

Oneida Membership Ordinance and/or the Constitution
