Don Williams is a senior-level financial manager with extensive hands-on experience in business administration, consulting, leadership, working with shareholders and executives and government officials. His proven ability for improving operational performance, maximizing profitability, minimizing risk and growing enterprise value through project management, negotiating and execution of project completion have made him a leading force in the industry. DONALD D WILLIAM IAMS S CEO/Owner Donald holds a B.A. from Juanita College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. See Resume In 2007, Don managed a $57 million revenue increase in sales for work directly with the Homeland Security Agency providing contracting services for 100 miles of securing fencing along the US and Mexico border. His responsibilities included contract management and on-site execution of service, including supply chain management consisting of manufacturing, scheduling, transportation, and execution of project design requirements; completion of most strenuous part of contracting requiring the securing of 37 miles of border in 90 days. More recently, from 2006 through 2012, Don was the Owner-Chief Executive Officer of Jet Industries, LLC. In this metal fabricating service, he provided leadership and experience to the under-performing organization through implementation of new strategic planning by redesigning business practices and processes. In doing so, he increased revenues by 30% and hit profitability margins within eleven months of his takeover.

Brandy Weatherspoon holds a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling (Psychology) from Carlow University and her Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice / Sociology (Psychology) from Lock Haven University of PA. Brandy heads up the consulting, training and wellness side of WWLLC; also for the Procurement division, Brandy also oversees Human Resource activities. Brandy also holds several certifications in the state of Pennsylvania in Evidence Based Practices, Clinical Supervisions, and Human Service Testing. Brandy continues to develop her BRANDY DY WEATHE HERSP SPOON MS. . established skills and knowledge in Evaluations, Assessments of Program Founder/President Operation, Corporations and Systems. Brandy's leadership and assertiveness as an effective communicator, provided strong time management abilities as well as promoting positive behaviors within the organizations.

  10. Signage Weatherspoon and Williams, LLC can provide a wide range of sign products. We have over 40 years of experience in the sign industry and have completed projects as large as baseball stadiums and airports along with service and distribution with port authorities. We are visual identified specialists in a broad sense and can communicate via the visual media on all aspects of substrates.

  11. Weatherspoon and Williams has the ability to provide signage in a wide range of architectural projects. Pictured to the left is an example of first surfaced graphics on glass in a parking facility. We can provide many types of signage to suit the visual identification needs of architectural structures. Pictured to the right is a building application of 3-dimensional lettering applied to the port authority of Allegheny county First Avenue Garage. There is no sign too small or too big for our Building Signage Division. We are able to provide interior and exterior designs per ADA specifications or a specific architect’s design.

  12. Structural Steel Weatherspoon & Williams LLC supplies many types of steel structures including overhead sign structures, box trusses, monopoles, cantilever structures, beams and bridge girders. Weatherspoon & Williams LLC is also a supplier of the steel foundation and can provide a packaged product delivered to the job site, including both structure and foundation.

  13. Major Projects Successfully Completed by WWLLC WWLLC’s subcontractor/erector provides union ironworkers to install this project. Pictured above is the initial framework being put into place.

  14. The Williams Companies were a major participant on the fabrication of the signage and were crucial to the installation of the miscellaneous metals for the Pittsburgh Steelers football stadium. We worked as a subcontractor to the Philadelphia Sign Company and fulfilled a wide array of wayfinding signage. The install work at this stadium was facilitated by union labor in which Williams Company was signatory to the carpenters and electricians. We first learned the “Oh By The Way” theory in that we were a major minority company providing quality products, on time service at competitive pricing. Go S Steel eler ers! s!!

  15. The Williams Companies were involved in the entire signing package for Jacob’s Field, AKA the original Cleveland Baseball Stadium. In this project, we manufactured and installed the signing package with the help of a local Cleveland signing company. This project shows our versatility; in that, it requires a total range of signage spanning bathroom identification, ADA Compliance, seat identifications, vendor brand name identifications, and wayfinding throughout entire stadium.

  16. The Williams Companies participated in 100 miles of fabricated fencing and metal foundations along the US and Mexico border. We were able to manufacture and ship more cost efficiently from Western Pennsylvania than companies surrounding Phoenix, AZ. WWLLC has the capacity to material chain manage all types of structural steel products, may they be Highway, Building, or innovative applications as pictured above at the border.
