FEP are a network much like the FCCAN with a vision and aims to deliver environment benefits across Fife We meet 4 times a year Our Vision To set a clear direction for partners tackling climate change in Fife with specific focus on carbon emissions reduction and climate change adaptation

The Scottish Government instructs councils to deliver policies and strategies. FEP delivered the Climate Change strategy for Fife council with a target of 42% reduction in emissions by
- 2020. In line with Scottish targets.
FEP/Refsol will monitor and report on progress towards tackling climate change through a Sustainable Energy Climate Action Plan (SECAP)

- We would welcome feedback on where best to
locate these consultations.
