AschairoftheAmericanAssociationofUniversityProfessors‚Committeeon CollegeandUniversityGovernance,Ihaveseenthattherearealreadytoomany institutionswherefacultymembersareafraidtospeaktheirmindsonissuesof institutional governance for fear of retaliation by their administrations institutionalgovernance,forfearofretaliationbytheiradministrations.
