Facilities Project & Maintenance Issues
SLIDE 2 STEM Building Renovation (Phase II)
Summer Project: The Phase II:- Lower Level Renovation
- Demolition certain non-load bearing walls, to create larger
classroom spaces
- Remove and relocate certain number of lockers
- Determine a suitable location for Green House (either on flat roof or
grass area behind the convent building).
- Installation of new LED lights
- Sparkling, Painting & Finishing of classroom walls
- Install Carpet Tiles and or VCT Tiles where applicable
Long Term Project:
- Upgrade of Electrical power, new A/C units (Sanyo)
- Handicap upgrade (chair lift installation)
UPDATE: (a) Asbestos Abated (b) Demolition of walls 90% completed

is awaiting approval of permit.

- Renovation of OHS interior Court yard remove and
replace rotted wood, cut trees & weeds, clean and power wash (In Progress)
- Installation of new air conditioners (8 units already
installed)

- Central Elm School Gym Floor:- floor was ripped by PCI
maintenance services to locate the source of water damage prior to fixing the floor.( Renovation is Completed) .
- Heywood Gym Floor is partially renovated because the source
- f water damage has not been fixed.
