EUROPEAN SCIENTIFIC EDUCATIONAL FELLOWSHIP «ЕSEF» -

a voluntary association of initiative individuals and organizations based on:

 unity of understanding of the principles of collaboration;  common objectives and goals of the disclosure and the growth of innovative capacity

 joint action towards the improvement of the scientific areas, education and

innovations;

 extensive development of international cooperation involving all members of the

fellowship

GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF THE FELLOWSHIP «ESEF»

• The base of science and education belongs to those who created it and (or) funds it.

Science and education belong to everyone and are part of the world heritage, which respects national roots, but it does not recognize boundaries and conventions established by the history and the States

PRINCIPLE OF «EXTRATERRITORIALITY»

• The fruitful collaboration of creative and talented people is based on the recognition
• f objectives, goals, and principles of the fellowship and freedom of joining

(contribution) of efforts, ideas and resources

PRINCIPLE OF «FREEDOM»

• Limitations imposed by public authorities, international institutions and members of

the fellowship (within the projects) are not negotiable and are accepted by all members of the fellowship

PRINCIPLE OF «RECOGNITION»

• Opinions, ideas and initiatives, risen in the fellowship, are discussed, adopted and

implemented on the basis of open exchange of opinions, without affecting the identity, dignity and reputation of any of the participants, regardless of his/her level, merit and recognition in the professional and other fields

PRINCIPLE OF «MUTUAL RESPECT»

• Member of the fellowship, initiator of the project or person, voluntarily taking the

responsibilities in conducting the events (implementation of certain tasks), perform its functions in good faith and is responsible to the other project participants and third parties
