After Helsinki, Stockholm and Florence, the professionals will meet in Luxembourg for the European Real Estate Convention 2009. With the support of the CIGDL, CEPI invites the professionals of Luxembourg and neighbouring countries to work together during a seminar:
«The residential real estate market in the « Grande Région » and in Europe: trends and opportunities»
PRESENTATION DU PROJET
Introductory speeches and workshops will be led by international specialists aiming at answering important and out
- f the ordinary questions:
- What are the prices and the trends of real estate markets in
Europe and the Grande Région? Do we have key business indicators to guide us through the crisis?
- Does cross-border real estate investment really exceed the
30 % limit? What are the legal and fiscal implications of a cross-border activity?
- Does the European regulator care about real estate?
- Why do professionals and bankers need to speak to each
- ther more?
- Why care about the cost of energy and energy efficiency
nowadays? Who will pay to bring old buildings up to date with new environmental standards? The European Real Estate Convention is a unique opportunity for agents and property managers to meet, but also for other professions linked to real estate to create business relationships, develop international contacts, share ideas and experiences, dare to ask challenging questions, look for
- pportunities.
The European Real Estate Convention is an event with increasing visibility, which benefits from evident interest from the various real estate professions and stakeholders, due to the European and international potential of the subject. The seminar also benefits from the participation of business leaders on their market and of key players in the sector. This event is organized, among others, with the partnership of the Chamber of Commerce of Luxembourg, under the patronage of the Ministry of Economy and External Trade of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
