WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS ENVIROTEK works especially on designing and turnkey applications all type of wastewater treatment plants in the world. Turnkey services contain process design, basic and detailed engineering, supplying and manufacturing of necessary equipments installation, erection of the equipments, piping installation, preparation of operation and maintenance instructions, commissioning, start-up and training of operators for the wastewater treatment plants. ENVIROTEK has recently applied its over 25 years experience in ANAEROBIC Treatment Process with a project partner; PAQUES from Netherlands. Most important advantages of them are low sludge production, no clogging and high biogas production.
DESIGN & ENGINEERING SERVICES ENVIROTEK can do only design&engineering services of the treatment plants including laboratory studies, basic and detailed engineering and design, preparation of all necessary drawings, supervising during client’s application, start-up training. Although our number of engineers is less than twenty, we have several subcontractors that have long term experience with us in the fields of electrical, civil, structural, construction and erection design and works. All project drawings are prepared with state of the art technology such as the latest Autocad platforms in 2D and 3D.

EXHAUST GAS AND ODOR TREATMENT SERVICES All types of exhaust gases and odor coming from processes and boilers can be treated by appropriate technology and systems. Turnkey applications, design, equipment supply, installation of gas treatment systems are also in our scope of supply. We can manufacture wet scrubbers from AISI 304, AISI 316, GRP, polypropylene or polyethylene material depending on the type of the gas. In addition, different type of technological applications (THIOPAQ, wet scrubber, carbon filter etc) is done for H 2 S removal systems from the biogas of anaerobic treatment systems.
LABORATORY SERVICES We have a water and wastewater laboratory where we can do most of water and wastewater analyses. Chemical and biological treatability studies can be done as well as determination of water&wastewater characteristic. Determination of suitable chemicals (Lime, Al 2 SO 4 , Fe 2 SO 4, FeCl 3 , PAC, etc.) and optimum dosage can be done during chemical settling studies, polyelectrolyte type and dosage can be done for sludge dewatering too. We have two aerobic and two anaerobic pilot reactors in our laboratory and we design the treatment plants after these laboratory studies. Activated sludge can determined and tested microscopically especially for bad operational conditions of the wastewater treatment plants.

BIOGAS / WASTE – TO ENERGY SYSTEMS Biogas and energy can be obtained primarily from substances with a high portion organic matter. The residues of the digesters can be processed to compost and organic fertilizers. Produced biogas in the treatment plants are removed or reused by using flare, gas holder and cogeneration (CHP) units in the plants.
