• AzMeCo plant: Plant Inspection and Technical Assessment

Assignment: Identify plant bottlenecks and recommend appropriate engineering solution to increase plant production and reliability Scope of Works:

• Plant inspection according to the ITP defined by PDL, including: static equipment

(reactors, HE, catalyst tubes, boilers, etc.), rotating equipment (critical pumps, ID/FD fans, turbines, compressors, etc.), valves, instrumentation, etc. Generating plant Inspection Report.

• Plant performance evaluation.
• Identification of plant problems (utilities, front end, back end, QHSE, laboratory,

maintenance, workshop).

• Providing engineering solutions and recommendations for plant debottlenecking.

Inspection and Technical Assessment

Assignment: Identify terminal capacity limitations for some products and propose appropriate modifications for increasing terminal capacity. At the same time assess possibility to introduce new products in the terminal transshipment portfolio as well as breakwater system for port protection Scope of Works:

• Technical assessment of the following terminals: crude oil and black products,

light products, petrochemicals (IPA Pay gas, Heavy Pyrolysis), liquefied gas cargoes (Propylene, BBP, LPG).

• Technical assessment for introducing transshipment of new products (dry cargoes:

carbamide, HDPE, PP, LDPE) in the existing terminal.

• Providing engineering solutions for increasing capacity as well as for introducing

new products.

• Providing engineering solutions for breakwater system.
