– Nominated by supervisors to ESRC Management Board, which makes the final decision (21st March 2013)
College Scholarship applications
– Graded by appropriate Subject Area Panels, which send top percentile to College panel, which makes the final decision (March/April 2013)
School Scholarship applications
– Graded and awarded by School panels; scrutinised and ratified by College panel (May 2013)
University Scholarships
– Nominated by College panel to University panel (June 2013)
