Continues Improvement Leads to Smart Mining

SMART MARKER SYSTEM Smart marker system specifies the remaining ore in the ground after blasting. The advanced sensor technology determines the remaining markers still embedded in the ore and visualizes the ore waiting to be extracted SUB- LEVEL STOPING Sub level stoping is a versatile production method that has almost doubled the production capacity more safely and efficiently. VARIABLE CAVE PRODUCTION THIKNESS METHOD This technique determines the thickness between two horizontal galleries and adapt this pillar thickness according to the reserve geometry and provides more feasibility with less waste. April 23 Children’s Day - In the scope

• f April 23 Children’s Day celebrations,

we distributed toys individually to 250 children in the age of 4 to 13 in Elazig Yarımca Ferrochrome Elementary

• School. Toys were selected according to

the age and gender of the children. Books donation - Within the scope of the Library Project, we came together with the students of Zeycan Yıldırım Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and donated 360 books, computers and projection devices consisting of 100 basic works and modern and classic works. Social solidarity – At our Eti Krom’s facility, we enjoyed the pleasure of hosting Beyyurdu Barrier-Free Life Rehabilitation and Family Counseling Center residents that we had met on the 8 March International Women's Day moral event. Afforestation – In the scope of 15th anniversary of Voskhod, we planted more than 15,000 trees and flowers in the nearby settlements, Khromtau and Don. Healthy Life - “My Father, Mother and Me, We are a Sportive Family” - More than 100 employees participated in this activity with their family, focused on the “healthy life” while strengthening the teamwork and increasing company loyalty. Social solidarity - Within the scope of our charity projects, we supported Voskhod employees, children with disabilities, children of low-income families, orphans and the elderly people. Social solidarity - In Tikhvin, Russia, we became the main sponsor of Tikhvin Lel's International Children's Competition and Tikhvin City Day celebrations, supporting the Tikhvin administration for the improvement of urban areas, roads and pavements.
