  2. Disclaimer and Forward-Looking Statements Certain statements contained in this presentation, including information as to the future financial or operating • performance of Orion Gold NL and its projects, are forward-looking statements. Such forward-looking statements: are necessarily based upon a number of estimates and assumptions that, while considered reasonable by Orion Gold NL, are inherently subject to • significant technical, business, economic, competitive, political and social uncertainties and contingencies; involve known and unknown risks and uncertainties that could cause actual events or results to differ materially from estimated or anticipated events or • results reflected in such forward-looking statements; and may include, among other things, statements regarding targets, estimates and assumptions in respect of metal production and prices, operating costs • and results, capital expenditures, mineral reserves and mineral resources and anticipated grades and recovery rates, and are or may be based on assumptions and estimates related to future technical, economic, market, political, social and other conditions. Orion Gold NL disclaims any intent or obligation to update publicly any forward-looking statements whether as a result • of new information, future events or results or otherwise. The words 'believe', 'expect', 'anticipate', 'indicate', 'contemplate', 'target', 'plan', 'intends', 'continue', 'budget', 'estimate', • 'may', 'will', 'schedule' and similar expressions identify forward-looking statements. All forward-looking statements made in this presentation are qualified by the foregoing cautionary statements. Investors • are cautioned that forward-looking statements are not guarantees of future performance and accordingly investors are cautioned not to put undue reliance on forward-looking statements due to the inherent uncertainty therein. All information in respect of Exploration Results should be read in conjunction with the Competent Person Statements at • the end of this presentation. 2

  3. Overview The Peninsula Project is located approximately 300 • kilometres from Kalgoorlie. Exploration activity in this part of the Fraser Range Belt • has been restricted by its remote nature as well as the presence of sand cover. Despite the location the nickel potential of the belt has • been well established due to analogies with other Proterozoic mobile belts • eg Canada where these belts host the Thompson, Raglan & Voisey’s Bay Deposits. Companies to explore in the belt include Anglo, CRA/Rio • Tinto, Geographe Resources, Teck, Newmont, Dominion, Western Areas, Placer Dome and Mark Creasy. The majority of exploration activity is best described as • “first pass” and little follow up work was undertaken on targets which were generated, despite the companies involved. All this changed with the Nova Discovery by Sirius • Resources…….. 3

  4. Lessons From Nova - Bollinger Diagram above is taken from Sirius Resources ASX Announcement 6 th March 2013 and shows the geological setting of • the Nova and Bollinger Deposits Both deposits are magmatic sulphide deposits hosted by a mafic intrusive complex, with associated brecciation and • bounded by a pyroxene-garnet gneiss. The Nova “Discovery” was in fact made by following up a target defined by surface geochemical sampling, • airborne magnetics and EM, regolith anomalies in aircore drilling and ground EM. 4

  5. Peninsula – the closest Nova analogy yet? Plan of “The Eye” magnetic anomaly (host of Nova/Bollinger Deposit) at the same scale as Peninsula figure. See Appendix for details. B A The Peninsula Project contains one of only a few Proterozoic mafic / ultramafic intrusions • identified within the Fraser Range Province. Lithologies intersected in RC drilling at Peninsula by Western Areas include mafic granulite and gabbronorite. • Anomalous Ni – Cu – Co - S assays were returned but no deeper test of the intrusive body was carried out. • In fact a significant amount of the intrusion remains untested, along with the surrounding area. • 5

  7. Geophysics Bouguer Gravity Image Aeromagnetics - Analytical Signal • Orion acquired high resolution aeromagnetic and radiometric data from a previous survey across the project. This has now been reprocessed to show increased detail of the intrusion. • Ground gravity data is also available and shows a distinct high within the intrusion. • No EM surveys (airborne or ground) were previously carried out at the Peninsula Project. • Orion has recently completed an airborne HELITEM survey across the entire project area. 7

  8. HeliTEM Results HeliTEM Response Ch29B • Two significant EM anomalies associated with magnetic Insets show aeromagnetic images of anomalies have been identified in the HeliTEM survey. PEN_HA1 & PEN_HA2 • Pen_HA1 & PEN_HA2 shown on plan to right • Significantly PEN_HA2 is in the same location as anomalous Ni – Cu – Co – S intersections in historical drilling and has a coincident aeromagnetic anomaly. • PEN_HA1 has not been covered by surface sampling and has not been drill tested. • Drilling to east intersected low level Au-PGE. I nterpreted Peninsula I ntrusion • Two secondary anomalies (yellow) and three single line anomalies (stars) also identified. • Ground EM is planned to be carried out over all anomalies Conductive to better define conductors at lower frequencies. 10. Putting the indicators together Nova Peninsula (pre-discovery) (currently)   Mafic intrusion   Nickel present in bedrock   Copper, cobalt & sulphur associated with nickel   Magnetic anomaly   EM conductor 10

  11. Forward Work Programme • Ground EM over EM anomalies to commence by end July • Ground EM will more accurately define conductive bodies and assist in drill design • Surface geochemical surveys are being considered to refine target definition, especially at PEN_HA1. • Aim is to define robust targets for drilling later in 2013. 11

Competent Persons: APPENDIX 1 The information relating to the Mineral Resource is based on and accurately reflects grade estimation and modelling undertaken by Mr P. Ball B Sc MAusIMM for Orion Gold NL in his capacity as • Consultant Geologist to Orion Gold. The Mineral Resource information has undergone review by external consultants. The reported resources are in the process of remodelling and re-estimation as a result of new information and interpretations and changed economics. Mr Ball has sufficient experience in relation to the style of mineralisation under consideration to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2004 edition of the “Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves”. Mr Ball consents to the inclusion of the mineral resource information in the form and context in which it appears. The information relating to the Cohens Mineral Resource is based on and accurately reflects grade estimation and modelling undertaken again by Mr Ball and is compliant with the 1999 edition of the • “Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves”. 12
