❖ The purpose of this RFB is to invite Suppliers (hereinafter referred to as

“bidders”) to submit bids for the:

➢ Provisioning of SITA with a SUSE Cloud Service Provider (CSP) agreement to enable SITA to

be a reseller of SUSE software products used in the Government Private Cloud Ecosystem (GPCE)” for a period of three (3) years.

❖ The scope of work by the bidders is to –

➢ Provide a SUSE Cloud Service Provider (CSP) agreement to SITA for SUSE software products

used in the Private On-Premise Cloud Variants within the Government Private Cloud Ecosystem (GPCE) for a period of three (3) years.

❖ The scope of work excludes the following –

➢ The provisioning of hardware as the existing Cloud variants will be utilised for that.

❖ The target audience for the bidders

➢ The target audience for this tender is SUSE approved distributors

❖ A SUSE Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Agreement that will give SITA

access to the CSP catalogue of SUSE services list, for the identified SUSE services component, including licensing and services required for the enablement of IaaS of the Private On-Premise Cloud variants within the Government Private Cloud Ecosystem (GPCE);

proposed Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Agreement, (c) date the partnership was established, and (d) Information stating that the partnership is valid at time of bid. NB: All letters or certificates must be in writing, dated, signed and on a letterhead of the entity that issued it.

and email address.
