20Hi Meghan.....just to let you know that the 3 FOBT non follow ups have now been resolved. One did have a neg. colonoscopy but our office did not receive his report. The other 2 were referred for colonoscopy but both cancelled their appointments with the surgeon and they are now being re-booked.
Your reminder system is thus invaluable and much appreciated.
