• The “tremor task” is a postural hold that is

repeated to characterize the patient’s tremor.

• Assess both postural holds with your patient

and determine their tremor task.

• Choose the more severe postural hold.
• Advise the patient that this specific “Tremor

Task”, either the outstretched OR wing- beating hold, will be done when the device prompts them for a tremor task.
