Specific conditions applicable to beneficiaries having concluded a corresponding national grant agreement- Annex IV (1) Beneficiaries from ARTEMIS / ENIAC MS Terms and conditions on the eligibility of costs, • pace of payment etc – reference to the corresponding national grant agreement Payment modalities: Payment by the JU • following the notification to the JU by the respective national funding authority (NFA) of the acceptance of the costs and, where appropriate, of the payment of the national contribution • • • 17

Specific conditions applicable to beneficiaries having concluded a corresponding national grant agreement- Annex IV (2) Beneficiaries from ARTEMIS / ENIAC MS Subcontracting • – Terms and conditions laid down by the respective NFA Eligible costs • – Determined by the respective NFA – JU financial contribution determined by applying the upper funding limit (16.7% ) to the eligible costs as defined by the respective NFA – VAT not eligible • • • 18

Specific conditions applicable to beneficiaries having concluded a corresponding national grant agreement- Annex IV (3) Beneficiaries from ARTEMIS / ENIAC MS Interest yielded by pre-financing • According to the rules set by the respective NFA Suspension, termination, reduction, amendment • of the JU grant agreement will also depend on the suspension, termination, reduction, amendment of the corresponding national grant agreement • • • 19
