About SYOF

Organised by the Singapore Olympic Foundation (SOF), the 3rd Singapore Youth Olympic Festival (SYOF) serves as a platform for youths to showcase their sporting

  • talents. The SYOF is a legacy of the inaugural Youth Olympic Games (YOG) held in

Singapore in 2010. It is also a platform to create awareness about the upcoming YOG 2014 in Nanjing, China. In 2011, the SYOF was first started to celebrate the first anniversary of the Youth Olympic Games. The SYOF hopes to inspire more Singaporeans to take up sports, as well as bring youths together to foster strong friendship and promote the Olympic values of Excellence, Friendship and Respect.
